Who are we?
The Friends of Hazel Wood are a group of mums, dads and carers with children at Hazel Wood Infant School who meet with the aim of raising money by running events during the year. Funds raised contribute to buying additional resources that the school may not otherwise be able to buy.

| Lisa Evans | Treasurer |
| Sharon Sheffield/Janie Biddiscombe | Secretary |

How can you get involved?
Support the events
Come along with your family and friends to support the fundraising events. Look out on parentmail, in the book bags, on the school notice board and on the website www.hazelwoodinfant.co.uk for the latest events.
You can always offer items for prizes for the events, whether it be a plant, cakes, bottles or even big prizes for the grand prize.
Be a volunteer
Help out at the events, the success of these events relies on volunteers help in the run up to events and on the day. Are you good at face painting, hair braiding, serving teas and coffees, baking cookies and cakes or manning stands. We are always looking for volunteers to help out at the events, whether it be manning a stall for an hour, serving tea and coffee, or helping set up and clear up after particularly for the Summer Fayre and the Christmas Fayre. Many hands make light work and more fun for all involved.
Become a committee member
At the end of each school year we do say goodbye a few committee members so we always look for newcomers to join the committee and help raise money for the school. So come along to the AGM to show your support.
How to get in touch:
We have a pigeon hole in the school office, so you can leave a note there, or find one of the members in the playground.
You will need Adobe Reader to read the letters. Click here if you don't have a copy.
